The Pro is 35 cm wide and 11 cm high and gives you the most support for regular training at home or in class. The Lite is 30 cm wide and 8 cm high and fits in a backpack, so it is the better pick for travel, workshops and festivals. Both are 39.5 cm long.

Is a wedge pillow suitable for beginners?

Yes. Raising the hips partly makes up for tight hamstrings, and that is exactly the situation in which L-basing puts the most strain on the lower back.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes. The cotton cover comes off and is washable.
