Shipping Policy (Germany & EU)

We’re excited to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship to:

Germany

European Union (EU) (excluding Germany)
If your country is not available at checkout, we don’t ship there at this time.
2) Shipping costs & free shipping thresholds

Free shipping on orders over €70

For orders €70 and under, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
European Union (EU, excluding Germany)

Free shipping on orders over €150

For orders €150 and under, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
How the “order value” is calculated
The free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal:

after discounts (including discount codes)
-
including VAT where applicable
-
excluding shipping costs (shipping never counts toward the threshold)
The final shipping cost (if any) is always displayed in checkout before you pay.
3) Processing time (dispatch)
Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays), unless stated otherwise (e.g., pre-orders or special items).
4) Delivery times (estimates)
Typical delivery timeframes (non-binding estimates):

Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

EU: approx. 3–10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays can occur due to carrier networks, peak seasons, weather, strikes, customs/controls, or other events outside our control.
5) Shipping carriers & tracking
We ship with reputable carriers. If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
6) Partial shipments
If it helps you receive items faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels. You won’t be charged extra shipping for partial shipments unless explicitly shown in checkout.
7) Address accuracy (customer responsibility)
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, including:

name on the mailbox/doorbell

apartment/unit number
-
access instructions (if needed)
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection at a pick-up point, we may—at our discretion:

re-ship the order after you pay re-shipping costs, or
-
refund the order minus any shipping/handling/return costs incurred.
8) Delivery instructions, “safe place” drops & neighbors
If you provide delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at door,” “leave with neighbor,” “safe place,” “no signature required”)—either to us or directly to the carrier—you accept that delivery may occur without a signature and you assume the related risks once delivered according to those instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
9) Damaged parcels or missing items — what to do
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of:

the outer packaging (all sides)

the shipping label
-
the damage to the item(s)

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos.
If items are missing:

Contact us with your order number and a brief description of what’s missing.
Important: Reporting issues quickly helps us file claims with carriers. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have—where applicable.
10) Lost packages / delivery disputes
A parcel is considered “lost” if the carrier confirms it as lost or if it cannot be located after an investigation.
If a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot find it, you must:

check your property (safe place), neighbors, building reception, and pick-up points, and
-
contact us promptly so we can initiate an investigation where possible.
We reserve the right to require reasonable cooperation (e.g., written confirmation, carrier forms, police report in case of theft) to the extent permitted by law before issuing replacements/refunds.
11) Force majeure / events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or carrier network disruptions—to the extent permitted by law.
12) Limitation of liability
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law. In all other cases, our liability is limited to the extent legally permissible.
