AcroCards is a practical acroyoga card set built around the essentials: 53 classic poses (asanas) you’ll see again and again in classes, jams, and festivals. Each card includes pose-specific tips from multiple advanced teachers to help you refine technique, alignment, and stability.

What’s inside

• 53 typical acroyoga poses (the classics you actually use)
• Pose tips from multiple advanced teachers (focus: execution, details, quality)
• Flow generator potential: shuffle, draw, and build your own sequences

How to use AcroCards

• Skill practice: pick a card and drill the pose with clean entries and exits
• Class inspiration: draw a few cards to structure a theme or progression
• Jam format: pull random cards for creative transitions and new combinations

Acro Party Game

Turn your jam into a challenge-based game in seconds:

1. Start: All participants begin in pairs in Bird.
2. Shuffle: The game master shuffles the deck and draws the first card.
3. Transition: Each pair must transition into the drawn pose without letting the flyer touch the floor.

Too easy? Add a timer.
